§1

AUCTION

1. The organizer of the charity auction is the “Help4People” Foundation, based in Bydgoszcz, ul. Rozlogi 77, 85-179, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.
2. The beneficiary of the auction is the “Help4People” Foundation, based in Bydgoszcz, ul. Rozlogi 77, 85-179, KRS 0001051029,
3. The objects of the auction are items owned by the Foundation or by third parties who have donated them to the Foundation for the purpose of selling them and donating the resulting price to the Foundation’s statutory purposes,
4. All proceeds raised from the auction will be donated to the statutory goals of the “Help4People” Foundation.

§2

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

1. Participants in the auction may be natural persons who are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity, legal persons and organizational units without legal personality, but who can acquire rights and incur obligations on their own behalf, hereinafter referred to as Participants.
2. The auction is open – the prices quoted are public information, available throughout the bidding process.
3. Actions that may hinder, destabilize and prevent the auction from taking place are unacceptable.
   If the above-mentioned actions are found, the Organizer has the right to eliminate the participant from further bidding.
4. The condition for purchasing the auctioned item is:

• Create an account on https://help4people.org and provide the necessary data, i.e.: name, email address, contact phone number;
• Acceptance of these Regulations;
• Apply for participation by stating your price offer – outbid;

COURSE OF THE AUCTION

1. The auction will be preceded by a presentation of the auctioned items on the organizer’s website: https://help4people.org,
2. The auction will be conducted on a specially prepared subpage of the Organizer’s portal at: https://help4people.org/aukcje/
3. A minimum (starting) price will be set for each item, which will be posted on the item’s sub-page.
4. The bidding price offered by Participants is public to other Auction Participants.
5. The next declared breakthrough price must be higher than the previous one by a minimum amount of PLN 10.
6. The first and any subsequent price bid submitted by an Auction Participant is legally binding and cannot be withdrawn by him.
7. The bid submitted during the auction ceases to be binding when another Auction Participant submits a more favorable bid.
8. The bidding is won by the Participant who has submitted the highest bid by the time the bidding ends.
9. It is the responsibility of the Participant to ensure that bids submitted by him/her are not submitted recklessly, mistakenly, or without having read and understood the consequences of submitting a bid in accordance with these Regulations and the provisions of Polish law.
10. The closing of the auction will take place according to the information given with each product.
11. The winner of the auction is obliged to pay the declared amount within a maximum period of 7 days from the closing of the auction.
    If the payment deadline is not met, the bid ceases to be valid, and the winning bid is resolved after contacting the next highest bidders.
12. Making a deposit will be possible through a special deposit form, the link to which will be made available by email and after logging into the user’s account. Optionally, it is possible to pay directly into the Foundation’s bank account after contacting the Organizer in advance.
13. Collection of the auctioned item will be possible in person at an individually agreed date or by other means convenient to both parties. The cost of delivery of the auctioned item is paid by the bidder.

§4

FINAL PROVISIONS

1. Entering the Auction is tantamount to full acceptance of the provisions of these Regulations.
2. These Regulations are available on the Organizer’s website: https://help4people.org/regulamin-aukcji and at the Foundation’s headquarters
3. The Organizer reserves the right to change these Regulations, as well as to suspend the organization of the Auction for technical reasons.
